Shipping policy

Delivery is free on all orders above 600 Dhs.

Our products are delivered everywhere in Morocco.

Delivery charges are 20 Dhs in Casablanca and 40 Dhs in all other cities including Bouskoura, Tamaris, and Dar Bouaza.

Products will be delivered to the postal address you provided when ordering.

Delivery Time

In most cases, our products are delivered within 24 to 96 hours (working days, for orders placed before noon) by transport companies.

When an order consists of multiple products or includes a pre-ordered item, the delivery time of the order corresponds to the longest delivery time.

Verification upon delivery

The customer must verify the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery note.
